    Schedule A Lease Signing

    Let us know the most convenient day/time that you and your roommates can stop by our office to sign your lease by calling us at (706) 850-7740 or visiting our office at 428 N. Milledge Avenue Athens, GA 30601. The lease-signing process will take between ten and twenty minutes.

    Be sure to bring these items to your lease signing:

    • Driver's License
    • Application Fee
    • Reservation Fee

    Parental Guaranty

    Please ensure your parent or legal guardian completes the parental guaranty form entirely including name, phone, email, home address and social security number. All parental guaranty forms must be notarized before being accepted. There are three options available to return your parental guaranty

    Application Fee

    Be sure to bring the application fee to your lease-signing.

    This is a one time fee of $75.00 per resident payable by cash, check or money order. Make check or money order payable to CollegeTown Properties. The lease application fee is non-refundable.

    Reservation Fee

    Be sure to bring the reservation fee to your lease-signing.

    Reservation fees are non-refundable. However, with the completion of a move-in inspection for each house, the reservation fees for that house will convert to refundable security deposits to be returned at move-out per the Rental Agreement & Lease. We accept payment by either check or money order.
